I have been informed that my Master Dan Docherty has sadly passed away. It is a great shock to myself and to the Taiji community in the UK.

Today is World Tai Chi & Qigong Day and what a lovely day it is.

I was kindly invited by local cubs and beavers to do a talk and demo on Tai Chi & Qigong as part of Chinese New Year.
