I have been informed that my Master Dan Docherty has sadly passed away. It is a great shock to myself and to the Taiji community in the UK.

There comes a time when there's a need to seek new challenges. And no, I'm not quitting Taiji.

One of the things we as students always have is an element of doubt. This is normal, but don't let it ruin your progress.

Today is World Tai Chi & Qigong Day and what a lovely day it is.

As per the Government's advice on outdoor activities and fitness classes. Group classes will start again on 31st March.

Its that time again, the biggest date in the Chinese calendar. Its Chinese New Year and this year it is the Year of the Ox.

Apologies as I have been away for a bit. I have been on a staycation in the Lake District.

It has been a month since we've started classes again. So far so good and as we approach autumn, we really must look at plans going forward.

Every year for the last eight years, my classmates and I attended Summer Camp to learn from our Master Dan Docherty.
