Whilst Tai Chi is a traditional martial art, that doesn't mean we can't use technology in our training.

When you see people in the park doing Taiji, it is common see it done with music?

Since the last update, the Government has relaxed the rules on gatherings. However, we shall continue with social distancing in class.
