Whilst Tai Chi is a traditional martial art, that doesn't mean we can't use technology in our training.

It's that time of the year again. After two years of pandemic lockdowns. By now, we might have thought that things will go back to normal.

It has been a month since we've started classes again. So far so good and as we approach autumn, we really must look at plans going forward.
