White Horse Tai Chi wishes everybody a Happy Chinese New Year!
Its that time again, the biggest date in the Chinese calendar. Its Chinese New Year and this year it is the Year of the Ox. We at White Horse Tai Chi wish everybody, students, friends and followers a very happy Chinese New Year.
Chinese New Year is a time to get together, but due to the national lockdown and the pandemic, we unfortunately can't. So like Christmas 2020, we're going to be staying at home. Chinese New Year lasts for a period of a week, before we go back to work. It is probably the first time in many years where there won't be any festivities in Chinatown. Although I have seen that some groups are holding online events. So there'll be no trips to Chinatown, a dim sum lunch or the customary annual visit to the temple. However, family, friends and loved ones will be in our hearts.
Happy Chinese New Year. May the Year of the Ox brings you good luck, good health and prosperity!
